Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates:

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.00
• Standard shipping (under $99.99): $9.99
  

Delivery Times:

• Standard: 2–4 business days
  

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delays: GreenIQ is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@greeniqlawn.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
